From browsing to pickup in four steps
Browse group orders near you
Open DiceShare and browse open group orders in your area. Each listing shows what's being ordered, the price per share, how many spots are left, and the pickup date.
Reserve your share
Decide how many shares you want. You'll always see exactly what you're committing to — no surprises.
Send payment
After joining, you'll receive Interac e-Transfer payment instructions in the app. Send payment to the address shown. Our team confirms your payment manually within 4 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM CT). You'll get a notification once confirmed.
Your spot is fully secured after payment confirmation. If the group order doesn't reach its minimum, you'll receive a full refund.
Show up and pick up
When the order is ready, you'll get a push notification. Open the order in the app and tap your Pickup Pass — a personal QR code. Show it to the host at the pickup location and they'll scan it to confirm your collection.
Don't share your Pickup Pass with others. Missing the pickup window means no refund, so if something comes up, contact the host or support before the window closes.

Organize a group order for your community
Create a host profile
Register on DiceShare and create a host profile. You'll get a DiceShare host name to protect your privacy. Add a photo if you'd like — buyers find it reassuring to know who they're picking up from.
Post your group order
Set the item, price per share, total shares available, minimum shares needed, close date, and pickup location. DiceShare shows buyers everything they need to decide whether to join.
Watch participation fill
Buyers join and send payment. DiceShare tracks who's joined and who's paid. You'll get notified when the minimum is reached.
Purchase the items
Once the minimum is met and the order closes, go ahead and purchase. Mark the order as 'Procurement started' in the app so buyers know you're on it.
Run pickup
Set your pickup time and location. Buyers arrive with their Pickup Pass. Scan each QR code in the app to confirm collection. DiceShare tracks who's picked up and who's a no-show.
