Refund & Cancellation Policy

DiceShare helps people organize group purchases. Because group orders involve multiple people and hosts purchase items on behalf of a community, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the order and the circumstances involved.

Before Payment

You are free to leave a group order before making payment. No refund is necessary because no money has been received.

If a Group Order Doesn't Reach Its Minimum

Some group orders require a minimum number of shares before they can proceed. If the minimum is not reached and the order is cancelled:

  • ·Buyers will receive a full refund of any eligible payments received by DiceShare.
  • ·Refunds are generally processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the payment method used.

If a Host Cancels an Order

If a host cancels an order before buyers receive their items:

  • ·Buyers who have already paid will generally receive a full refund.
  • ·Refund timing may vary depending on operational review and the payment method involved.

Buyer Cancellation Requests

Because hosts may begin purchasing items shortly after a group order reaches its target, cancellation requests cannot always be guaranteed.

Once the host has started purchasing the items:

  • ·Refunds are not guaranteed.
  • ·Requests are reviewed individually.
  • ·The outcome may depend on the stage of the order and whether costs have already been incurred.

Order Changes or Shortages

Occasionally, items may be unavailable, quantities may change, or substitutions may be necessary. When this happens, DiceShare and the host will try to communicate changes clearly. Partial refunds or other solutions may be offered where appropriate.

Missed Pickup

Buyers are responsible for collecting their orders during the pickup window communicated by the host. If you miss the pickup window:

  • ·Refunds are generally not guaranteed.
  • ·Eligibility for a refund or alternative arrangement depends on the circumstances.
  • ·Perishable items may no longer be available.

Payment Errors

If you accidentally send duplicate payments, are charged incorrectly, or experience payment-related issues — please contact support as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.

Fraud or Abuse

DiceShare reserves the right to deny refunds when fraud is suspected, payment abuse occurs, false claims are made, or platform rules are intentionally violated.
