What DiceShare Does

DiceShare provides tools that help people:

• ·Create group orders
• ·Join group orders
• ·Track participation
• ·Coordinate payments
• ·Organize pickups

DiceShare is a coordination platform. DiceShare itself does not manufacture, prepare, store, transport, or deliver products.

Eligibility

You must:

• ·Be at least 18 years old
• ·Provide accurate information
• ·Use DiceShare lawfully

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• ·Provide accurate information
• ·Respect other users
• ·Pay for shares you commit to
• ·Follow pickup instructions
• ·Use the platform honestly

You may not:

• ·Commit fraud
• ·Abuse, harass, or mislead other users
• ·Manipulate payments, pickups, disputes, or order activity
• ·Use DiceShare for illegal activity

Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for:

• ·Creating accurate group orders
• ·Purchasing the items they advertise
• ·Organizing pickup locations and pickup timing
• ·Communicating delays, shortages, cancellations, or changes
• ·Treating buyers fairly and honestly

Hosts are not employees, agents, or representatives of DiceShare.

Payments

Payment methods and payment instructions may vary. DiceShare may provide payment instructions, payment tracking, manual confirmation workflows, and recordkeeping tools, but payment transfer methods may involve third-party services and operational review steps.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Operational Issues

Group orders may be cancelled if:

• ·Minimum participation is not reached
• ·A host cancels the order
• ·An order is rejected during review
• ·Operational issues prevent completion

Refunds or other resolutions may depend on the circumstances of the order, payment status, and operational review. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that:

• ·Violate these Terms
• ·Engage in fraud, abuse, or repeated misconduct
• ·Create risks for other users or the platform

No Guarantees

While we aim to provide a reliable platform, we cannot guarantee that:

• ·Every group order will succeed
• ·Products will always be available
• ·Hosts or buyers will always fulfill their obligations
• ·Pickups, payments, or communications will always happen without delay or error

Limitation of Liability

DiceShare is a coordination platform. To the extent permitted by law, DiceShare is not responsible for:

• ·Product quality or condition
• ·Supplier actions
• ·Host purchasing decisions
• ·Actions or conduct of hosts, buyers, or third parties
• ·Delays or shortages
• ·Pickup failures
• ·Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies published on DiceShare, form the agreement between you and DiceShare regarding your use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DiceShare after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and Canada.
